Cancellation Policy

Juneberry Tutors values consistency and preparation in all tutoring sessions. To ensure fairness and effective scheduling, the following cancellation policy applies:

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling.

If a session is cancelled with 24 hours’ notice or more, the session may be rebooked within the same week, subject to tutor availability. Rebooked sessions cannot be carried forward to future weeks.

Missed sessions, late arrivals, or same-day cancellations are considered forfeited and cannot be made up.

This policy applies to all session formats, including in-person, online, and small-group tutoring.
