Confidentiality Policy
Juneberry Tutors is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all students and families we serve.
All tutors working with Juneberry Tutors are required to uphold strict confidentiality standards. Information related to a student’s academic performance, learning needs, personal circumstances, assessments, or progress is considered confidential and is handled with care and professionalism.
Tutors may discuss a student’s progress only with the student’s parent or legal guardian, unless written consent is provided by the parent to share information with another designated individual (such as a school professional). Under no circumstances will a tutor discuss a student with other families, students, or unrelated third parties.
Any records, notes, or materials created during tutoring sessions are used solely for instructional purposes and are not shared outside of Juneberry Tutors. Tutors are expected to safeguard both verbal and written information and to conduct all communication in a discreet and respectful manner.
This confidentiality policy applies to all tutoring formats, including in-person, online, and small-group sessions. Breach of confidentiality is considered a serious violation of professional expectations and may result in termination of services.
